D’Arcy Ranch Commercial Surface Works
The expanding municipal area of Okotoks is now framed in at the north edge with the new D’Arcy Crossing mixed use
shopping centre, anchored by Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other stores, designed to service the needs of the
growing population. Implementation of bike racks, benches and green space planters to give a lasting impression for
the neighborhood.
Bow Mark was part of the commercial surface works for laying the groundwork implementation, from site grading,
granularbase, all asphalt paving, concrete site works, curb and gutter, and sidewalks, along with the asphalt pathways
and line painting in the parking lot for flow of traffic and parking spaces, all while supporting the public mobility needs,
planters and infrastructure for drainage for a safe place to shop.

Cornerstone Commercial Surface Works
The expanding northeast neighborhood in the City of Calgary has a new Cornerstone shopping Centre serving the
needs of the neighborhood.
Bow Mark was part of the commercial surface works for laying the groundwork implementation, from site grading,
granular base, all asphalt paving, concrete site works, curb and gutter, and side walks, along with the asphalt pathways
and line painting in the parking lot for flow of traffic and parking spaces, all while supporting the public mobility needs,
planters and infrastructure for drainage for a safe place to shop.
Costco Distribution Expansion
As one of the nation's largest retailers, the Western Canada Costco Distribution Centre located in Highland Park, on
the northern end of Airdrie was looking to grow its capacity.
Bow Mark was part of the Industrial surface works for the 700,000 sq ft expansion with stringent specifications and
details in the groundwork implementation, from a new municipal access road, to site grading, granular base, curb
and gutters, concrete dolly pads and concrete aprons. With that the customer choice of specialty asphalt roadway
and parking lot areas specific to their needs. All completed with line painting for traffic and parking space allocations.

Cargill Site Improvements
Cargill’s High River facility is a fully integrated beef processing plant, and is a regulated facility by the Canadian Food
Inspection Agency (CFIA) and adheres to the highest integrity.
Bow Mark was part of their Industrial Site Improvements for a concrete pad for the cattle truck turnaround, site
access improvement on the north access for additional trucking lanes, and increased parking area, and pavement
surface improvements.
